What makes Wyld Fire different?
Wyld Fire is designed for men who want to take better care of their mental, emotional and physical wellbeing. Our candles are clean-burning, masculine and grounding. They’re hand-poured in the UK using high-quality ingredients and built to support everyday rituals that help you slow down with purpose.
What are the scent profiles of your core candles?
Our core candle collection features four unique, nature-inspired fragrance profiles:
Jungle is earthy and bright, with green and woody notes.
Ash is smoky and grounding, with hints of firewood and spice.
Desert is warm and spicy, evoking sun-baked landscapes and dry heat.

How strong are Wyld Fire candles?
They’re designed to fill a room with calm, grounded scent without being overpowering.
What size are your candles, and how long do they burn?
Our full-size candles are 360g and burn for up to 50 hours. Our smaller discovery-size candles are 60ml and burn for up to 10 hours.
Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. All of our products are 100% vegan and never tested on animals.
What type of wax do you use?
We use a clean, non-toxic blend of coconut and soy wax. It’s biodegradable, sustainable and burns evenly without releasing harmful toxins.
Do you use paraffin wax?
No. All Wyld Fire candles are paraffin-free to ensure a clean, safe burn.
Where are your candles made?
All Wyld Fire candles are hand-poured in small batches in the UK.
Orders & Payments
Can I change or cancel my order once it’s been placed?
If your order hasn’t been packed or collected by the courier yet, we can usually change or cancel it. Email us as soon as possible at hillel@wyldfire.co.uk or dan@wyldfire.co.uk with your order number.
How do I know if my order went through?
You’ll receive a confirmation email shortly after checkout. If it hasn’t arrived within 30 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us on hillel@wyldfire.co.uk or dan@wyldfire.co.uk
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a Royal Mail tracking link by email.
Can I use more than one discount code?
No. Only one discount code can be used per order.
My discount code isn’t working, what should I do?

What payment methods do you accept?

I made a mistake with my shipping address, can I update it?

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship within the UK only. Europe and international shipping are coming soon.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Royal Mail typically delivers within 2–4 business days from dispatch.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order details.
Do you offer next-day or express delivery?
Not yet. We currently offer standard shipping only.
What happens if my order hasn’t arrived or is delayed?
Check your Royal Mail tracking link. If the parcel appears stuck, email hillel@wyldfire.co.uk and we’ll investigate.
Returns, Exchanges & Damages
What is your returns policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days if the candle is unused, unburned, and in original condition.
How do I start a return or exchange?

Can I return a candle that I’ve already burned?
No. Used candles cannot be returned.
My item arrived damaged, what should I do?
Email clear photos and your order number to hillel@wyldfire.co.uk or dan@wyldfire.co.uk and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds are typically processed within 7 working days once the return is received.
Candle Care & Safety
How do I burn my candle safely?
Place your candle on a flat surface away from flammable items or drafts. Keep out of reach of children and pets, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

How long should I burn my candle for?
- First burn: 2 to 3 hours or until the wax melts all the way to the edges.
- After that: Burn for 2 to 4 hours at a time.
Why is my candle tunnelling?
Tunnelling happens when the wax doesn’t melt across the full surface. This is often caused by not burning long enough during the first use. Always allow a full melt pool on the first burn.
Do I need to trim the wick?
Yes. Trim your wick to around 5mm before each burn to prevent excess soot and ensure an even flame.
Why is my candle producing smoke or soot?
This can happen if the wick is too long, the candle is burning near a draft, or it’s been lit for too long. Trim the wick and ensure the candle is in a stable, draft-free space.
Can I reuse the candle jar?
Absolutely. Once your candle is finished, clean the jar with warm soapy water and repurpose it as a small container or storage pot.
